  The place was very clean and right at the heart of La Spezia, surrounded by Shops, restaurant and bars. And the daughter of the Owner Michelle came to hand the property key to us and orient us about the place she is very helpful and kind, and reassured us that if we need any help we can just phone her and let her know what she can help us.

  The noise from outside at night you can hear it in the room as the room is situated by the alley or street that full of people walking from Bar or Restaurant at night, i am not sure if the owner is aware that the light bulb at the staircase going up to the property is busted, so used our phone flashlight at night when we go out and coming in the property at night. And there should be a microwave in the kitchen to heat foods.

  It is decent for a night or two.

  The property was in the city center and it was equipped with everything (and more) you needed, included stuff for styling your hair/clothes. The host also offered some nice snacks and coffee/tea, and they were very helpful and nice overall.

  The apartament was clean enough (with some minor missing details in the bathroom), but unfortunately it had cockroaches (not full, but very visible, we had to get rid of 4-5) so if you really don’t like them, that’s important to mention. I don’t think it was because of the how clean the apartment was, but rather because those building in the city center are very old. Another minus would be the fact that we didn’t receive sheets for the sofa, when we booked the apartment for 5 people, so we obviously had to use the sofa as well.

  Apartamento coqueto y céntrico

  Todo en el apartamento está nuevo a estrenar, ubicado en una calle céntrica y muy comercial con tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, y Pietro estuvo esperando nuestra llegada que fue un poco más tarde de lo previsto, y nos ayudó con el equipaje. En el apartamento había de todo lo necesario, incluso nos dejaron pan, mantequilla, mermelada y café para el desayuno. Buen aire acondicionado.

  No hay ascensor en la propiedad, pero es sólo una planta.
