    Elena and her daughter were very helpful although we arrived very late and at short notice.

    Breakfast was not included and we were ok with that.

    Our only issues were 1. We are elderly and had some difficulty with the stairs with heavy suitcases and 2. We couldn't work out how to operate the TV.
