Excellent breakfasts and location. Room cleaned and bed made every day. Service very good and friendly.

Peaceful and comfortable guest house, god breakfast and location!
The room was very clean and the breakfasts were lovely. The location is very good. A lovely pub and grocery across the way, and very near St Justs and St Mawes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also close by. The owners are very accommodating and we had lovely chats with the gentleman owner who is also an artist. His paintings are lovely and very Cornish - we bought a print of his from the adjoining shop.
