Bastante bien en general , el personal también principaemte del spa y de la cocina . Con respecto a la recepción probamos como 2 o 3 veces y no me pusieron tomar la tarjeta 💳 para poder obtener las cuotas , menos mal que había llevado efectivo. Y quiero aclarar q no era problema de la tarjeta pq la usamos en tiendas y restaurantes sin problemas ni tampoco tenía problemas con el límite . El tema de ellos es el posnet pero bueno es la única crítica , como digo pudimos pagar todo al contado , pero si hubiera sido otro caso q no tuvieras el dinero y contas solo con la tarjeta de crédito sería un engorro no poder hospedarte y tener q salir a última hora buscar otro lugar . Si van a ofrecer tarjetas y cuotas q verifiquen sus sistemas . Por lo demás como siempre Elenton es un lugar muy completo

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, en la habitación habían pelos y frascos vacíos. El desayuno regular. Cenamos por mi cumple en el restaurante del hotel y la comida estaba helada. De todas formas el personal excelente lo soluciono enseguida, muy simpáticos y atentos. Es un hotel más para excursiones que para ir en familia, enorme todo y cómodo pero no es para familias. Gracias por recibirnos de todas formas!
