  Everything! All appliances were there. The place was clean and neat. The landlord (Gareth) was also super amazing. Definitely would come back when in CPT. P.S had DSTV, Netflix, YouTube all the channels you can think off.

  Nothing. I liked everything about the booking. Please add lotion to your list of toiletries, as I had forgotten mine 😀

  Highly recommended place to stay.

  The apartment was nicely furnished and the kitchen had all the equipment needed to make our own meals. It was a 5 minute walk to the SPAR supermarket in one direction, or 5 minutes to Woolworths in the other. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity, and a 20 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. Gareth was charming and always available if we had any questions (such as how do we turn the stove top on!). We hope to stay again when we return later in the year. Highly recommended.

  Elevated disaster!

  Location was great

  I can’t understand the excellent reviews on here. My dealing with Gareth the host and owner was not great. Apart from getting my name wrong on first engagement, minor detail but attention to detail matters. The apartment was absolutely boiling hot. I was hit with a blast of hot air walking into the place. This lead to very disrupted sleep and other issues later on. Luckily there is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, unfortunately I checked in very late and discovered there were only 2 units on the electricity meter. I messaged Gareth at midnight about it, unfortunately I couldn’t use the aircon on the first night as a result and had a very uncomfortable sleep. He did provide the credit the next morning to resolve it. I also requested an 11am check out which was approved, without any conditions at the time. That allowed me to plan my morning hiking up Lions Head without worrying about the 10am check out. Unfortunately the night before Gareth withdrew that request sighting “another booking has come through” this caused a lot of embarrassment with my friends as I had to adjust 5 other people schedules. There is also an issue with cockroaches, I discovered one in the kitchen cupboard and one in the bath. The cleaner didn’t do a good job of cleaning the past guests food out the cupboards, there were two open chip packets with Doritos in and stale hamburger rolls. All the more to attract the cockroaches! Overall not a smooth stay, I also learned from the cleaner that Gareth “is away on holiday” so I’m only presuming this isn’t his usual standard of hospitality with his guests.

  Elevated Elegance Indeed

  Elevated Elegance in Green Point truly lives up to its name. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice — so much thought, care, and love have gone into every single detail of this beautiful home. The attention to detail and overall design make it an exceptionally special space. One of the standout features is the stunning bay windows in both the bedroom and the lounge area — perfect spots to sit, relax, and soak in the incredible views of Table Mountain at any time of day. The location is unbeatable: central, safe, and within easy walking distance of Woolworths, cafés, restaurants, bars, and even the V&A Waterfront. Everything you could possibly want is right on your doorstep. Inside the unit, you’ll find everything you need and more — from a Nespresso machine to an air fryer and all the thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. It’s clear that nothing was overlooked. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Cape Town, and it will definitely be my go-to place every time I return. Thank you to the owners for such a special and unforgettable experience.
