  Dishonest Owners

  Location was quiet and just south of all the activity but close enough to not waste time getting around city especially with the TUBE (metro). Easy access to the TUBE. Good from security standpoint as required 2 levels of locked doors. Great workout facility. Good overall square footage for 4 travelers. Maintenance guy was very nice who tried to help with the lack of AC.

  DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER!! Air conditioning did not work. And they knew that the week before we arrived. See May 28, 2026 review which says AC did not work and their reply is that it was fixed. WELL, IT WAS NOT!! We arrived first week of June 2026. They brought a portable unit which was effective for 1 room and required filling with water 2x/day. London had just had a heat wave. The first day was HOT; our only saving grace was a 20 degree drop in temperatures our first night; otherwise, I would have left the apartment that night. The unit despite being on the 18th floor has windows so able to create a wind tunnel with a fan. Rest of the trip had cool temps so thankfully rest of trip was fine from a climate standpoint. As other have said, the photos are not accurate. A lot of wear and tear. Carpets stained, sheets stained (fortunately found extra sheets), broken electric cooktop, broken glass on top of side tables (child could easily cut self) - glad no kids with us. After the visit, I requested some type of refund. The owners did nothing and eventually ignored us. Booking.com did give us a 15% travel credit. Just FYI 30% is typical is a major amenity is missing or not working. In the end, the cooler temperatures and the fact that we spent from 8am to 9pm outside the apartment salvaged a great trip to London. But still don't stay here.

  could've been amazing, the views and bed were lovely, but the organisation held it back

  i liked the view a lot

  i turned up and the key wasn't in the lockbox, they were with the cleaners, who had only started cleaning the property at 4pm, when the check in was 3pm. As a result we had to leave to wait for them to clean, and it got in the way of our first day of work. There was also a dirty towel rolled up on the bed when i arrived.

  Séjour agréable, concernant le logement bien, mais peu mieux faire !!

  La localisation, très pratique, métro et commerce à 5 minutes à pied. La vue, sur le london eyes et le skygarden, c'est au 18e étage, normal. Les deux salles de bain. La sécurisation de l'immeuble avec gardien à l'entrée. La vue du dernier étage et la salle de sport. Pour ceux qui ont le temps d'y aller !! L'appartement est confortable. JE PRÉCISE QUE LA COMMUNICATION AVEC L'HOTE A TOUJOURS ÉTAIT EXCELLENTE, DISPONIBLE ET COURTOISE !! HEUREUSEMENT, CAR J'EN AI EU BESOIN ET JE LE REMERCIE.

  L'appartement est annoncé avec 190 m2, on va dire 100m2. La propreté pas top : moquette tachée dans les chambres, draps aussi tachés dans une chambre. Le frigidaire n'était pas propre, la plaque de cuisson est cassée dans un coin, mais fonctionne, le micro onde : il manque le bouton pour réglé la température :( . Le canapé, qui n'est pas un canapé lit, un simple canapé pour dormir pour 1 personne, pour enfant, sans draps et coussins, j'ai réclamé les draps, pendant 2 jours. Pas assez de serviettes de douche, nous étions 5. Il n'y a pas d'étendoir, malgré la machine à laver. Dans le placard de l'entrée, le sac de linge sale est resté. Quand on est 5 il faut revoir à la hausse certaines prestations. Les draps et serviettes supplémentaires sont arrivés le 3ème jour déposés dans un sac poubelle devant la porte. Pour le tarif assez élevé, je suis tout de même déçue.

  Prima ruimte, service kan beter.

  De ruimte is erg goed. Groot voor 4 personen met 2 badkamers. Ook de bereikbaarheid met de metro is super goed. Alleen niet na middernacht. Dan rijden de metro’s niet meer naar Nine Elms en moet je lopen vanaf Vauxhall maar dat is goed te doen.

  Bij aankomst was de accomodatie niet gereed. Geen sleutel. Schoonmaak was niet gedaan. Uiteindelijk konden we er in na paar keer bellen. Ondanks herhaaldelijk verzoek om aantal zaken in orde te maken zoals overvolle vuilnis emmer van vorige bewoner verwijderen, gebeurde dit niet. Ook airco werkte niet. Beloofd werd er naar te kijken maar dat gebeurde niet. Dit lees ik al in eerdere reviews.
