Wonderful stay
Absolutely gorgeous common area, the main reason why I booked and was not disappointed. The owner is incredibly helpful and will go out of her way to help you. I ended up staying longer. Highly highly recommend!!!

Elia hostel is a great low-key place to stay in Tbilisi and I’m glad I stayed there!
Elia hostel is beautiful and the owner is great. Great facilities, low-key but also social, privacy in the dorms.

Exceptional
The home is absolutely beautiful and well maintained! Elia is very helpful and kind, and I enjoyed my stay there very much. The wifi is great, and my bed was comfortable, and it's a good place to meet travelers.
I enjoyed the location, but I think people looking to be more in the city would prefer something closer to town. But it's a very authentic experience and taxis are extremely cheap in georgia.

It was okay, but I would not stay here again.
the curtains on the lower bunk is nice for privacy. the bed and pillow were comfortable
the first day, the smell of mold was overwhelming. The second day it seemed better. There are dozens of signs EVERYWHERE reminding you to turn off the lights, and how to use the bathroom, flush the toilet, sit on the toilet, etc etc. I didn't feel very welcome. The owner is sometimes kind and helpful, but asked me to cancel my reservation after it began, then charged me the same amount. I felt under surveillance the whole time I was there, and an employee turned off a lamp while I was using it! The refrigerator was also turned off while I had food inside of it. The owner later got mad at me for washing my bag in the sink ( I bought my own sponge and soap for it, to not use the same as for the dishes,). It wasn't the worst, but I wouldn't stay here again.
