Wie bei einem Freund übernachten
Ja, die Strasse ist laut und die Wohnung in einem Altbau. Der hat Charme und wenn man sich darauf einlässt ist es perfekt. Sehr seriöser und großzügiger Vermieter. Schönes Quartier, gut angebunden.
Nur als Tipp. Die Räume sind nicht hoch, wer größer als 1,90 Meter ist wird sich oben nicht gerade hinstellen können.

la posizione della casa rispetto al centro storico, la possibilità di fare il caffè, al mattino,
il letto ed il bagno posizionati nel soppalco, non descritto nell'annuncio; la scala di accesso all'alloggio ripida con intonaco del muro all'ingresso scrostato; potrebbe essere utile applicare strisce antiscivolo nella pedata della scale di ingresso e balaustra protettiva nel soppalco.

La heladera tenía el Freezer clausurado con cinta, la ducha ,que está en el piso de arriba,pierde agua y cae por la escalera, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear
