    Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt super zentral mitten in der Altstadt. Das gesamte Hotel sowie die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber. Die Zimmer an sich sind absolut in Ordnung, und falls doch mal ein kleines Problem auftrat, wurde es extrem schnell und problemlos gelöst. Ein großes Plus ist das Frühstück: Neben einem kleinen Buffet kann man sich zusätzlich frische Speisen von der Karte bestellen – von Suppen über Omeletts bis hin zu leckeren Sandwiches. Das gesamte Personal, egal ob im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, war einfach spitze! Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Jessica: Sie hat sich schon vor unserer Abreise aus Deutschland erreichbar gezeigt und die komplette Tour-Planung sowie Abwicklung übernommen. Ob Halong-Bucht oder Zugtickets – sie kümmert sich unkompliziert und zuverlässig um wirklich alles. Top Service!
