    Nhân viên rất thân thiện, phục vụ tốt. Phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Sát ngay Hồ Hoàn Kiếm

    Có thể hơi bất tiện cho 1 số người khi không có thang máy đi thẳng lên nhà hàng ở lầu 8 mà chỉ lên lầu 7, rồi từ lầu 7 đi thang bộ lên lầu 8. Tuy nhiên, đối với mình thì không có vấn đề gì.

    Good base for Hanoi

    Good view with the nice big window. Nice staff. Centrally located. Clean.

    Door hatch looked like it had been forced off by a forced entry. Strange smell in hallways. Breakfast could be better
