    Poor communication couldn’t wait to leave

    We didn’t stay here we got taken to another hotel by the transport nothing was said until we were dropped off elsewhere

    It wasn’t where we booked the doors didn’t lock it felt like a really dodgy area of town. Lots of broken fittings

    Liars and swindlers—avoid this place.

    NOTHING

    Despite having made a reservation 3 weeks in advance, upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that both of our rooms had "issues" and could not be provided. We were subsequently moved to another hotel outside the city center—one with a lower star rating—without restaurant and which suffered from dampness problems and frequent power outages. We learned from the staff of this second hotel that our original rooms had been given to some Russian guests because they were paying more. Those people are liars and swindlers—avoid this place.
