    Wasserschaden!!!

    Nach der Schadensmeldung wurde schnell reagiert und wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer, das sehr schön war.

    Wir fanden einen Wasserschaden vor. Beim Eintreten schwappte und schon das Wasser entgegen. Im ganzen Eingangsbereich und dem angrenzenden Badezimmer stand Wasser. Und das, nachdem uns mitgeteilt worden war, dass wir nicht früher einchecken könnten, weil erst noch gereinigt würde. Da war wochenlang niemand mehr drin gewesen!!

    Evidentemente non puliscono, c’era spazzatura vecchia, calzini di altre ospiti sotto il letto, eravamo in 5 e c’erano solo 4 sedie, ho chiesto mi hanno detto che la portavano il giorno dopo e non è stato così, divano letto proprio scomodo per dormire, in bagno la tavoletta della tazza non c’era. Che peccato perché c’è un’ottima ubicazione e un bel appartamento.

    Pulizia da migliorare, abbiamo trovato un calzino in camera da letto. Inoltre non c’è una tenda nella finestra nella zona notte che rende l’ambiente visibile dall’esterno
