The location was good for going to the marina area but I think a car would be necessary for excursions further out. We are at a couple of good restaurants that were an hour walk. We had no problem with hot water. Did not use pool. Designated parking was nice. Host was very responsive and helpful.
The bathroom doors not shutting properly was extremely annoying.

Modern, clean apartment in a not too busy area
Quick walk to the harbour area. Lots of local amenities

Poor location lets down a great flat
The flat and the facilities in it are excellent- nespresso machine, well stocked kitchen , comfy sofas
EXTREMELY noisy location- there is a dual carriageway about 100m ftom the property, so kitchen/ lounge and one bedroom get ALOT of traffic noise and into the night. No ability to access apps on the tv. No nearby restaurants- you definitely need a car!
