fully recommended, very kind staff, perfect breakfast and location.
very kind staff, big and well designed rooms with a lovely lake view, amazing breakfast. this hotel will be the only option if i will visit this place again or if i need to recommend a hotel one of my friends. It is not cheap, almost same price with Hilton nearby but rooms in terms of size and facilities are not comparable. and much better than other options.
bed mattresses are not the best, it needs to be renewed for some beds

Große Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Personal engagiert.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an innerstädtischen „Autobahn“. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Verkehrslärm enorm. Zudem war das Schloss der Schiebetüren defekt. Heißes Wasser konnten wir nicht zum Laufen bringen, was aber auch gut war, weil das Wasser nicht ablief. Beim Frühstück: Kaffe nicht „included“, kostet 4 Euro und dauert 20 Minuten.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and welcoming. It really couldn’t have been any better. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.
