Wonderful property, very welcoming host and in a great location for a reasonable price
The host has gone above and beyond with the inclusions at this property. Very well stocked kitchen with staples and those extras to make a wonderful surprise. The town house was beautifully furnished with time period furniture and accessories The location made town very accessible, either a short walk or easy drive.
Be aware that the stairs are steep for the upstairs bedroom but typical of that eras build.

Before I go back to Grafton anytime soon I'll be staying at the same place for sure
The accommodation was authentic heritage Australian and all comforts are cated for in a elegant and sophisticated way. The fridge was equipped with fantastic assortment of breakfast. Selections and snacks were also provided
