    Manningtree

    Comfy bed & nice bedding & towels. Excellent location

    The freezer was unusable because it was solid ice, never been defrosted. The windows were dirty or broken. The entrance & stairs needed cleaning. The flat was very basic with no pictures or lamps & old looking furniture.
