A szálloda központi helyen, a gyulai vár mellett található, a medence partjáról szép kilátással a várra. A szoba, fürdőszoba, előszoba rendkívül tágas, sok rakodóhellyel rendelkezik, nagyon kényelmes. A szálloda udvara gyönyörűen parkosított, sok napágy szolgálja a pihenést. A svédasztal kínálata nem túl bőséges, de elegendő, és finom.
