Шикарные апарты в центре города , но с новым ремонтом и прекрасными хозяевами!
апартаменты замечательные во всех отношениях) расположение, бесплатная парковка, в апартаментах сделан ремонт, но при этом сохранился сицилийский дух)) в апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания и даже больше, чем нужно) чисто и уютно , нам все понравилось и ничего не расстроило

Amazing place. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing, it has a special vibe due to some reconditioned furniture. In just few minutes by foot you can reach Ortigia island. Giovanni was really friendly, waited for us since we arrived later in the night. He gave us a lot of tips about places to visit and restaurants. We were welcomed with some sweets and a frizzante wine which was much appreciated after a long day 😍

Très bon séjour à Syracuse !!!
Appartement spacieux, propre, bien agencé. Situé pas très loin du quartier d’Ortigia. Hôte très accueillant, très bonne communication. Parking facile dans la rue. C’est un appartement vraiment sympa !!
- oui il y a la clim dans les 2 chambres, peut-être qu’une climatisation viendrait parfaire le tout. - peu de pression dans la douche, - canapé peu confortable.

Soggiorno perfetto
Alloggio spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort, con lavatrice, stendino, cucina fornita di stoviglie, pentole, fornetto elettrico, microonde, macchinetta del caffè con cialde... abbiamo trovato persino alcune bibite in frigo, un dolce per la colazione, condimenti per cucinare e altro ancora. Tutto nuovo e pulito, non mancava davvero nulla! La posizione è buona, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con il parcheggio, disponibile in strada nei pressi dell'abitazione. Infine un plauso a Giovanni, un host molto presente e attento, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi di persona e ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti su dove magiare e fare la spesa. Decisamente consigliato per visitare Siracusa e dintorni!

A great alternative to the overtouristed Ortigia.
Location, comfort and convenience. WE were well looked after by the host. He went the extra mile to ensure we were welcome and had what we needed. His recoemmendations for local restaurants were spot on.
The location is in Syracuse itself rather than Ortigia but we thought this was as much a positive as a negative. A much more local experience.
