    Too expensive to be worth it.

    The property was well located within Varenna. The views are great.

    The property had a few things that were broken and were not like the photographs. Broken chair, lights that didn’t work, missing carpet. The wifi is incredibly slow. They say there is wifi but it works in 1/3 of the house and is not good enough for a regular zoom call. Lastly, the property doesn’t have air conditioning. In the summer it gets very hot and humid.

    We loved it because in 4 days we were able to really experience most of Ravenna with such a perfect location!

    The views and location!

    There were a couple of things broken upon arrival, but we understand having been in the rental business that sometimes there’s not enough time between high season tenants to get items fixed or replaced.

    Electricity shut down ( when dishwasher and other things were plugged in) Banister at the top of stairs was wobbly ( poorly repaired), stairs very dangerous. Sofa had a hole in it and was dirty as was the chairs, very dirty. Strange compressor or machine in the bathroom closet, that was super noisy and not sure what it was? Back of toilet kept falling off the wall.
