    Meidän tarpeisiin hyvä valinta.

    Sijainti on hyvä ja bussipysäkki lähellä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huonesiivous hoitui mallikkaasti.

    Huoneeseemme kuuluivat käytävän ja jopa naapurihuoneiden äänet turhan hyvin. Aamupalalta odotimme enemmän.

    I absolutely do not recommend this place!

    I have no idea how this hotel holds a 4-star rating, as both the standards and service are well below that level! We travel regularly and have never encountered such a total lack of professionalism! Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready- they were unable to fix a major breakdown—we were left with no electricity or lighting. After hours of waiting and three separate conversations with the reception, we were finally moved to a dingy room on the 1st floor that looked nothing like the photos and didn't even have a double bed. Earlier, we were told the hotel was completely full and nothing else was available. Did they honestly expect us to spend the night in the dark? To make matters worse, the next day at noon—while we were away on an excursion in another city—they contacted me demanding that we move our belongings again. They ruined most of our trip. Furthermore, after Booking.com intervened, the hotel refused to offer any compensation whatsoever (we only received a partial refund directly from Booking.com, no thanks to the hotel). The location isn't pleasant either—there are no nice local Italian spots nearby where you can sit down for an Aperol. For this price, look somewhere else! The only minor positive was the 24/7 reception, although one of the receptionists struggled significantly to communicate in English.
