    Location of the property is good . Staff tried their best to help with issues however the timelines of resolving these were unacceptable

    The heating system was not on when we came in and that led to a really disappointing time as it took abt 5 hrs for the house to just warm up in a weather of 5deg. The house has only 1 bath that is located on the ground floor at the end of the house, and is a huge disadvantage especially for family that slept upstairs. The WIFI was not working and took 2 days to get sorted. Netflix as advertised was also facing issues .
