Definitely not 5 star hotel experience.
Location was very nice, and the staff was super helpful. Shared spaced were clean and elegant.
Very poor rooms acoustics, you could hear sneezing, snoring and all human noises you can imagine. Junior suite apartment with shared pool had terrace roof made out of twigs, during rain it was leaking and leaving a lot of debris making the terrace impossible to use. Small bathroom, limited AC control- heating option was blocked.

Great location and amazing view. Very welcoming staff, great variety of very good food. Quiet and clean
There was a lot of bees in the public areas... way too many. The lack of availability of Spa facility and other activities unless you book a week in advance.
