    The view. The host indika was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are well kept and clean.

    Washroom was also clean but there was a smell coming from the gully I think it was a one time issue.

    Avoid this accomodation

    View was nice.

    Place has big potential and was possibly nice as new. There is a lack of cleaning and maintenance. Toilet flush was not working, sealing of toilet to the ground was not ok so you had water from toilet everywhere in bathroom. We choose to use flip flops in bathroom because it was disgusting. Insect net has a lot of big holes (more than 10 cm). Avoid this place.

    Ella Camelot has strong potential given its scenic surroundings, but severe operational issues and poor maintenance completely ruin the stay. Front Desk & Service: Front desk service is practically nonexistent. We were left waiting nearly 30 minutes at reception just for someone to show up and assist us—a frustrating start after a long journey to Ella. Room Conditions & Pests: While the room boasts a beautiful view, it was impossible to enjoy it. The space was infested with small flies, making the room uncomfortable to relax in. Lighting & Ambiance: Room lighting is terrible, making the space feel dark and dreary rather than welcoming. Amenities & Connectivity: Facilities are severely neglected. The TV in the room is useless because the hotel failed to pay the cable bills. Furthermore, cell service is non-existent, and the hotel Wi-Fi is so slow it's effectively unusable. Unless management drastically improves their staffing, maintenance, and basic utility management, the nice views simply aren't worth the headache. Look elsewhere in Ella for your stay.
