The apartment looks nice, has a private parking space and is next to a shopping center.
The main issue is that the bed sheets and towels are worn and have stains on them. Despite the fact that they seem rather clean, they look dirty because of the stains. The bed sheet had a big yellow stain and looked very worn. The towels were very worn and also had various stains. The fridge was not clean. The bathroom fan did non work, so no ventilation. Also the bed is not comfortable and it squeaks. It is a pitty that the apartment could be great, but the maintenance and cleaning is very low.
