    Large clean apartment

    Nice clean large apartment in a very nice neighbourhood, we just stayed a couple of nights but this town was a nice spot that surprised

    The flat is big , clean and well located. Emanuela received us with a smile and was helpful.

    It should be clarified that only the lounge is aircondioned. There is a fan in the bedroom, but this did not help much during the hot nights. The gas stove was problematic to light. This made it difficult to cook. The underground parking is only for a small car. This should be mentioned in the description.

    la proprietaria ci ha accolto di persona e poi per il checout abbiamo semplicemente lasciato le chiavi sulla tavola e tirato la porta. l'appartamento è davvero ben curato e molto spazioso con un'ampia terrazza comodissima per una colazione a casa. a 20 min a piedi dal centro e con qualche parcheggio in strada disponibile, c'è anche il box auto ma è un po' scomodo se per caso al noleggio ti danno un'auto grande. lavastoviglie funzionante, sono presenti i sacchetti della spazzatura e due rotoli di carta igienica.

    wifi non utilizzato, non abbiamo richiesto la password ma non c'era da nessuna parte. è presente la moka e non macchinetta con cialde o capsule. nel bagno c'erano due bagnoschiuma praticamente finiti non si capiva se erano stati lasciati dagli inquilini precedenti o se fossero in dotazione.

    Génial

    Bel appartement dans un quartier propre et calme. Très bien équipé pour y passer quelques jours avec la possibilité de garer son véhicule dans un garage fermé si celui-ci n'est pas trop grand. Emanuela a été tres accueillante avec nous et très agréable. Logement très propre.

    Une climatisation dans la chambre serait appréciable. Celle présente dans le salon ne permet pas de climatiser la chambre et nous avons eu très chaud la nuit malgré le ventilateur. Mais c'est un petit détail.
