Too many things went wrong which made the stay a negative experience.

The apartment was clean and looked nice, it was in a fun neighborhood.

The code to our room didn’t work, which meant we were locked out after check in. We had booked for 4 people, but the apartment was only prepared for 2. The host instructed us to the basement to get the bedding. On one of the last days the code to the entrance of the apartment didn’t work. The solution was to get the key from a lock box. However, you could only return the key if another person was with you or you had to put something in between the door.
