    Great place to stay , good value

    Really spacious , good location , friendly host , good parking spaces.

    Needed a spring clean in some place , but cobwebby and some tlc needed

    desired. It was clear that there had been no proper vacuuming or carpet cleaning prior to our arrival. The bed linen, which appeared unused, contained a significant amount of hair, including long hairs that clearly do not belong to me. The boiler was not working upon arrival due to a lack of pressure. I am more than happy to provide videos or photos as proof if required. Additionally, the person who was supposed to welcome us did not answer the phone. Instead, an automatic message was triggered saying they were busy. I then sent a message, which was clearly received immediately, yet no call back was made. Communication was limited to text messages, which caused unnecessary stress. This situation could have been easily avoided if clear instructions, such as the lockbox code, had been provided in advance via Booking.com. Instead, after a long journey with tired children who just wanted to rest, I was forced to chase for access details, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.

    Easter stay

    Mike was very helpful and accommodating. There was plenty of storage and utensils and crockery. The beds were comfy and the shower great.
