    Facilities ok but the noise unbearable.

    Location was excellent. Some of the other units would probably be quite nice to stay in but not Elm.

    The repetitive thumping noise from the adjacent dance studio almost drove me out of my mind. I could hear most of what the instructor was saying too. Thankfully it stopped at 8.30pm but it ruined my stay. I was told the keys were by the front door but not that you had to go up the steps and inside the outer door (which looked like the front door) to get to it.

    Lovely a well deserved break following family bereavement

    It was airy light and spacious. Rural location in part but facing a main road albeit a B road but still busy most of the day.

    Not much at all really. It needs maintenance especially the main front window alongside the small dining table. It seemed that the outside frame was held together with tape! The original blurb said that there were complimentary toiletries but there were none. We purchased cleaning products from the local Co-Op. However the property was very comfortable and a perfect location for everywhere we wanted to explore. We would recommend the Vida Haus cafe on site, delicious breakfast x

    Great value for money Suffolk getaway. Soft bed.

    Convenient, affordable, clean, quite comfortable, good value for the money, excellent on site cafe.

    Those who are used to a firm bed at home may find the mattress to be on the soft side.
