    Great location, just a short walk into Keswick town centre. Well maintained, lovely, comfortable guest house. Everything you need in this home from home ! The host Tim was brilliant. Has knowledge about local area, places to visit and places to eat. Smashing fella. Made us feel so welcome. His breakfast is delicious. 10/10 all around :)

    The only negative was the parking around the streets. Everywhere was so busy. Property has 1 space for dropping off cases/bags etc which is a huge bonus.

    Boutique B&B in Great location

    Loved the location, super clean space, well made breakfast with options, knowledgeable, friendly host and very cool interiors

    We found our room to be pretty small- that said, it was a lovely room.

    A beautiful period property with a friendly, welcoming host.

    Gorgeous Victorian house, beautifully decorated, really comfortable and clean. The owner was so lovely and had great local knowledge. I felt thoroughly looked after. They had great gluten free options for breakfast and even put gluten free biscuits in my room each day! Great location into the town and well situated for local walking. Would definitely return.
