    It was a lovely guest house, with a warm, friendly atmosphere,. The rooms had a comfortable sofa, a fridge and kettle withtea and biscuits. There was a separate bathroom and we liked the way the room was well thought out with plugs, lights, cupboards etc. The breakfast was excellent.

    The hosts, Kim and Trev were truly excellent. Lovely breakfasts cooked perfectly to order and nothing too much trouble. Our room was exceptional with nice touches like complimentary bottled water in the fridge and jam and cream scones waiting on arrival. Room was spotless including shower room. Couldn't fault our room at all. Anyone considering booking here should not hesitate. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Kim and Trev for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely book again if we're in that area in the future.
