  The property was on a quiet street, no busy traffic, and not far from a major bus route. The renters did not send me an access code until i spent over 1 hour on the phone with Expedia service. I had zero help from the renters the whole time i used the place. We needed help when the internet dropped out, and also wanted the towels that were missing. No response from them. The only time they contacted me was with a form email asking for a review. The place was not clean. It also looked like it was remodeled in a hurry. Crooked TV, cabinet door falling off, just bad construction. The beds were ok, but the pillows were awful. Missing soap in the shower and a weird metal drain cover hiding the plugged shower drain. Overall not a "Luxury" place.

  Très agréable

  Hôtel très agréable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Emplacement idéal, et le parking sur place est un vrai plus. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si je repasse par Londres. Je garde précieusement les coordonnées !

  Disappointed…

  The apartment was at 20/25mns walk from the center…but buses next to the apartment Bathroom not cleaned: in the shower lot of mold Carpet sticky in the lounge … Blind broken in the bedrooms, fan broken in the lounge, disappointed In the bedroom with a queen bed, no storage or chair no put the clothes on …

  The apparyment was a cute and spacious for a family of four. Decoration nice, simple and modern. Process to get to the appartment very easy. Instructions easy to follow. Quiet neighborhood, safe, but with few food options. Regular to poor cleaness of the apartment, lots of dust underneath furniture, shower floor dirty.

  The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day.
