  Disappointing and draining

  This is not an inn. It's two buildings converted for short term stays. The construction work is still ongoing. You will notice that throughout them in evident fixes and work still being done. More important, the entire area is a construction site. I reserved a room with a terrace, city view was promised on the listing, instead I got a view of tractors, cranes and trucks working on near buildings. More than that, the noise from their work between 7AM to 6PM didn't allow me to rest in the room during these hours. Rooms without a terrace, same side of the building face similar disruptions. The address published on booking wasn't the correct one, and this switch made me lose precious time on a short vacation, creating energy loss and frustration. I think that wasn't a mistake. When searching the actual address on Google Maps you get a photo of a building in construction. In the morning of arrival I received a DM from the property with the correct address. However, since this is a building with no clear entrance from the street and the area is still under construction I have missed the improvised reception they had in the first floor. I then spent an hour moving between the two addresses trying to decipher where the actual location is. Given the message in my DM describing the common mistake I assumed the difference is a building distance in each direction. That wasn't the case. Luckily, residents of the wrongly published address were familiar with the situation from previous cases and were kind enough to call a representative of the place to come and pick me up. I recommend not to book a room even in a year or two when the construction work is done. Simply because the owners are dishonest.

  Wyjątkowy pobyt w cichej i urokliwej dzielnicy Dubrownika.

  Lokalizacja blisko przystanku autobusowego. Z tarasu piękny widok na Nowy Port, most i góry.

  Excellent value for money & a great all round location.

  Clean, modern with balcony & excellent bed & bathroom. Staff extremely helpful. A short walk from beaches & the bars & restaurants in Lapad. An even shorter walk to the #6 bus stop which takes you straight to Dubrovnik Old Town Pole gate. Good choice for breakfast.

  Not a didn’t like, more advice for others. The google maps location was not where we stayed, the address given wasn’t the google maps location. We received a message via booking.com advising that visitors were struggling to go find the address & given an address 300m away - we were met at the entrance as there are no visible signs. Unusual, but did not detract from the stay.
