La centralità dell'appartamento
Le pulizie molto scadenti con un calzino sporco sotto il lavello in bagno e sotto i letti non sono nemmeno passati e c'era molta polvere. Il titolare o chi ne fa le veci accetta i cani ma i vicini assolutamente no. Per accendere il riscaldamento ho dovuto supplicare visto che è telecomandato a distanza tramite internet.

Sufficiente ma niente di più
La posizione della abitazione era buona ma c'era grosse difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio in zone limitrofe in. quanto sempre occupati . Da considerare che eravamo in 4 con due vetture e solo una aveva accesso al posto auto . Particolarmente difficoltoso anche l'accesso al garage a causa di spazi angusti .
La dotazione della cucina era decisamente insufficiente ,eravamo in 4 e la carenza di padelle pentole e zuppiere oltre ad altri accessori indispensabile per la cucina ci ha messo in difficoltà. Alta nota dolente è l'aver trovato l'aspirapolvere completamente sporco e pieno di sporcizia . Anche la gestione della spazzatura secondo noi non era ben organizzata,ovviamente facevamo la raccolta differenziata ma oltre a depositarla negli appositi contenitori dovevamo portarli fuori e riportarli dentro il giorno successivo e questo secondo noi non spetta all'ospite tale incombenza.

Garage is fit for small cars only limited by dimension weight 170cm / 2m wide .

Exceptional
Flat very nice and clean, fully equipped. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, wine bars, shops and church. Great location for skiers. Val Di Fiemme Predazzo ski station within 5 minutes by car. Ski buss stop about 100m. Owner Fabrizio very friendly and helpful. A charming place! I had a very nice time. Definitely recommend!
Garage entrance for cars up to1,7 m high. But parking spaces are available in the area.
