    Ianya merupakan pengalaman pertama kali apabila pihak guesthouse menghendaki tetamu mengisi google form yang mengandungi maklumat no. ic. untuk check in. Bagi sesetengah pihak yg beranggapan bahawa ianya perkara remeh tetapi ianya maklumat identiti peribadi yang perlu dilindungi masa kini. Walaupun pihak guesthouse wajar mendapatkan maklumat tersebut bagi tujuan pengesahan dan keselamatan tetapi ianya sebaiknya melalui komunikasi di dalam platform sahaja. Saya hormati pihak guesthouse atas faktor keselamatan tetapi tetamu juga ada haknya. Jadi, hak masing2 untuk beri perkhidmatan dan mendapatkan perkhidmatan. Kedua2nya ada risiko dan ianya memerlukan jaminan mutual understanding dan dilindungi di bawah perundangan. Cuma di sini, peranan pihak platform provider adalah perlu bagi meneliti dan menilai transparency pihak guesthouse dan tetamu dari segi rekod rating bagi meningkatkan kepercayaan kedua2 belah pihak secara telus. Bukan sekadar sistem perantara yang sekadar mencari keuntungan dan mengambil jalan mudah setelah timbul isu. Sekiranya perkara tersebut dimaklum lebih awal, saya akan cari penginapan yg lain dan xperlu spoiled mood untuk bercuti..Just noted - "Need personal detail which is ic during check in or need to fill up several forms that you are a responsible person. Thats it." Moreover owner need to be more accomodating to guest..Dari segi penginapan..tingkat 3..tipikal homestay 2 bedroom dengan ac hanya di master bedroom sahaja..pintu kayu dpn xde kunci..Perlu keluar dari kawasan penginapan untuk ke pantai berhampiran means that agak jauh untuk berjalan kaki..
