Spa opening hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–20:00 and on Sunday: 09:00–17:00. Kindly note that the indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room are located in our spa. Treatments may be provided outside of these hours. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies may apply. Housekeeping service is provided every three days. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available at an extra charge. The property reserves the right to charge your credit card up to EUR 250 in the event of any excessive damage caused to the residence. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per day. A refundable deposit of EUR 300 in case of damages from pets will be required at the time of check-in and will be refunded to you after the room inspection. Pets are only allowed in the Comfort 1 Bedroom Suite, Comfort 2 Bedroom Suites and Comfort 2 Bedroom Garden Residences. When booking for more than 14 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Outdoor pools are closed during the winter season from December to March. The onsite restaurant is not affiliated with our company, and its hours and working days may be subject to change.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
