  Excellent choice of accommodation - would definitely book again if return to Bratislava - Thank you.

  The communication prior to arrival was frequent and excellent and queries from myself before visiting were always answered quickly and positively. We received information to collect our keys from the 24 hour reception which was easy to locate just several building s down from our accommodation. The staff in reception were both pleasant and helpful. On our booking out day the staff were happy for us to leave our luggage in a safe room in reception to collect later. The accommodation was spacious, well appointed and very well presented. The apartment is also ideally situated for easy access to the City Centre making all the attractions accessible on foot.

  Excellent service all round - nothing we did not like. In addition to excellent showering and kitchen facilities the apartment also had a washing machine.

  the apartment is huge- this is great. we are a family of 5 and the size of the apartment also enable you to stay. a min walk from supermarket and the old town. few min driving to the mall. very good experience

  elevator. we knew it, we prepared for it.. but if you are sensitive to this, take it into account.

  Roomy convenient apartment.

  The size of the property was great, and the location was really good, just a block or two from the trams. You really only hear the cars outside if the windows are open. Having a washer and separate dryer was awesome. All of the furniture/beds were pretty comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms and two toilets is always essential for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was super clean. We packed light so the 3 flights of stairs were no problem. They gave us a picture handout at the desk to find the apartment (literally like three doors east of the metropolitan star hotel where you pick up the keys). There were Plenty of towels and shampoo for the bathrooms. It really feels like a small house.

  Some of the air conditioning units didn’t work so well and could use some attention. Also, I’m pretty sure when I booked that breakfast was included, but I was informed at check in that it wasn’t and had to pay another €72 for 2 days of breakfast for 3 people, which was your basic continental breakfast. Also, I wish the second bathroom has a longer hose for the shower and a way to attach the shower head to the wall. If you're trying to use it to shower, you’re soaping up with one had while holding the sprayer with the other. I would have liked to see more than two pods each for the washer and dishwasher, but that’s just nitpicking.
