Nice and spacious apartment with a beautiful outdoor place to dine/relax!
The host, Simone was very good at communicating how to get into the building, and checked with us every day. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Apartment had 3 BR and 3 full Bathrooms (1 with bidet). The space was clean and a full kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (except black pepper 😊). The outdoor patio/verandah was beautiful with a Table and chairs set up for outdoor dining or relaxation. Loved it!
We stayed only for 4 nights but did not see anyone come to clean the apartment or remove the trash. We took the trash out (less than 100 m from the apartment) but if you are planning to stay longer, you should check about the cleaning situation. There is a washing machine but no dryer so we just used the laundry place right outside.

Nice, comfortable apartment with communicative hosts. Perfect for our group with mixed ages.
The location and proximity to public transit allowed for for ease of movement to see the sights around town, even with a relatively large group (8 including 3 younger children). Accommodations were perfect, 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and one bath in the hallway. AC was excellent, especially in the heatwave. Kitchen was well equipped with flatware and silverware. Good size refrigerator. (there is a nearby mercato) to stock up. A nice outdoor dining area was also available but was really too hot to take advantage of even with a sail shade.
Not really a negative but the shared family space (dining/living room/kitchen) was not overly large. We all were able to enjoy breakfast together but it was not really a "hang out area" Which meant most of the time we were in the bedrooms, but to be honest after long days walking and sightseeing a little down time in the rooms was perfect.
