    Haus benötigt mal wieder eine Grundsanierung schon etwas sehr abgewohnt. Die Lage sehr gut, Pula, Restaurants und Strände alles in der nähe. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/in gut. Anfahrt und einfahrt zum Haus etwas eng aber alles machbar.

    Zeer ontspannen even weg van de drukte.

    Alles netjes en schoon. Zwembad is goed onderhouden. Heerlijk rustige omgeving.

    Het enige kleine minpuntje is de toegangsweg die met een grote gezinsauto lastig is om te rijden, vooral het in en uitrijden door het toegangshek was erg lastig.

    Malonūs šeimininkai. ypač patiko baseinas kieme, valomas kas 3 dienas, tvarkinga ir švaru, praktiškai yra viskas ko reikia buityje, nuostabus šaldytuvas, indai, indaplovė, skalbimo mašina ir tt, nėra toli nuvažiuoti iki paplūdimių, parduotuvė kelios minutės pėsčiomis.

    Aplink baseiną kai šlapia labai slidu, reikia būti atsargiems.
