    Perfect service apartment for family with small children.

    Staffs were very nice and helpful; we are travel with small twins' boy which we are require early check-in after long haul flight from Bangkok. Even the room was not ready, but staffs' find space for our little for us. Location is fantastic, close to tram station and easy to walk by to oldtown, main train station. Room was very clean and comfortable had everything for family of 4, full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. Definitely, we will come back again.

    Very clean and comfortable serviced apartment

    Very spacious serviced apartment with great amenities: large kitchen with all appliances, large bathroom with washer and dryer, very comfortable bed and immaculately clean bed linens. The views from the windows were great. The apartment is very close to Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station) - about 10min walk though I always took the tram. It is about 50m from the nearest tram station - Zurich Beckenhof.

    The building did not have a reception. Reception was present at the next building. For my stay of 5 nights, the property provided only one complimentary washing detergent, which was for only one wash cycle. They would charge 1 CHF for every additional washing detergent. For this price range of the property, it is very cheap to ask for detergent charges.

    Spacious modern apartment in good location

    Spacious modern apartment. Tram runs to station from right outside the building. Staff were friendly and attended to any concerns we had promptly. Would highly recommend.
