Some hit n miss points
The place is clean and conveniently located not far from the ladies entrance to the north east of the haram, interior is a bit dated but nice.
The room service menu states that it is 24hrs yet when you call to place an order they are shocked that you think the kitchen is open at 1am... why advertise 23hr room service with a menu of foods available 24hrs and then not ha e it available? No iron available in rooms, showers in rooms do not have a handheld only wall mounted spray head. If you are on the 10th floor you cannot call the lifts with an up button and you have to call them with a down button should you wish to meet family who is on a higher level! I think that's about it.
