    Beautiful property excellent stay

Absolutely beautiful property excellent location and amazing service. I love it here.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool and hot tub was closed however they provided the shuttle that took me to their sister property which their pool was really nice. It was just missing the hot tub and I booked that hotel mainly for the hot tub.. Other than that everything else was great.

I would not recommend anyone stay at this location.

I liked the location. It felt very safe, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants!

    1) the pool was closed and we were not notified. They shuttled us to a sister hotel whose indoor pool was filthy and cold. Waiting for a shuttle was 20+ minutes even with much notice given. 2) We were told we could not eat food we had ordered from an outside restaurant at the tables/ eating area in the lobby, and were asked to take it to our room. (It was jersey mikes) 3) the door to our room was partially broken and very hard to open, which resulted in us having to use the key several times just for one access.
