    Avoid

Ok for access to the port

Didn’t reply to countless messages and emails prior to stay, request for lower floor was ignored. After a 13 hour journey the check in process was long and laborious taking half an hour due to a staff member struggling to count the cash we were trying to pay with. The breakfast wasn’t great and the front desk staff on check out day were rude and unhelpful. I would avoid.
