Location was good
I drove from Missouri after work. Purchased the hotel for the day of travel and sent communications to the site that I would be arriving in the middle of the night. I arrived approx 130am and was denied to check in. The check in clerk was extremely rude and told me that their audit must be done prior to checking me in. After waiting for almost 40 min on the audit to finish, I witnessed the valet and check in staff talking very hateful about me. When I checked my vehicle out i saw the valet had registered my name as FALISH on my Escalade. For almost $500/day I expect to be able to check in when I arrive, especially since I paid for a day that I was not there so that I could check in after our 13 hr drive. The compensation I recieved was the refund that I was already getting after check out for the security deposit. So the facility didnt not care that I was treated in such a manner and then they assumed that I was SO stupid, I would not realize they were not actually addressing the issue. I was there on my daughter's 19th birthday. The facility is what it claims, however the staff at the facility makes or breaks an experience and the staff should go back to school for customer service. And valet should have rules about documenting the wrong name on a client's vehicle!
