What I liked about the property is that it was totally different. I love the plants. from a normal hotel
What I didn’t like about the property is that front desk couldn’t check me in, they couldn’t find my reservation after about 30 minutes I got to my room extremely tired. where I come to my bedroom to find out that I did not have any pillows. I had a call down to room service three times to request pillows. I requested three pillows and two thin blankets, and they only brought me one pillow and a blanket. I did not like the customer service for what was charged. And also my microwave did not work and and also I was looking forward to a hot tub jacuzzi I spoke to a staff member I believe named Guillermo if I’m correct or Gilbert, not sure, but it’s not as advertised. He said that the hot tub had broke down and they discontinued it. They said that their pool was a heated pool and the water was icy cold, frozen, for it to be an indoor pool

One of my favorite hotels to stay at.
Staff is always so kind and friendly. Absolutely love the complimentary drinks per night. The breakfast is so diverse and delicious.
If i had to say just 1 negative thing, id say the pool. The surface is a little rough. I did have some tiny cuts on my toe. Other than that, the kids loved it.
