Overall it was okay, just wish they would clean the drapes and windows to brighten up the hotel.
Location
The drapes are dirty the room cleaner was lazy they came into our room when we were away and only emptied/gave new trash bags and never made the bed, vacuumed or cleaned the sink’s & counters. Not sure why they even came in the room because we always take out the trash when we leave. But they were very prompt when we requested clean towels.

The stay was good except having to pay for parking despite having a handicap parking tag
Very convenient to get to and from many places like restaurants, stores, casino etc.
Paying for parking, I have sum disabilities and I use handicap parking, I don’t pay to park at most places and I was told I had to pay for parking at this facility, that was very disappointing

The overall experience was great and helped overcome the shortcomings in the room
The common area of the hotel was beautiful! The whole space was very aesthetic. The staff was helpful and made dealing with parking a breeze!
The amenities in the room itself were rough. There were no makeup wipes or hand soap and the room's shower drain was awful. My ten minute shower resulted in nearly a foot of standing water in the tub.
