My experience at Embassy Suites this weekend was absolutely horrible. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The stay was extremely disappointing, and the overall experience fell far below my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not return to Embassy Suites, nor would I recommend it to others based on this experience. A hotel stay should be comfortable and enjoyable, but this weekend was the complete opposite. I left feeling extremely dissatisfied, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this experience fell far below even the most basic standards of hospitality.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly
The room smelled like mold and mildew bad!! The rooms are so out dated couch was filthy. Could not wait to get checked out.

Excellent location average pricing pool is never nice. Drink drinks and food are always good. Employ
Wopo Embassy suites used to have the best beds. Carpets are not clean. The rooms. Bedding is no longer. The same pillows are no longer the same. I’ve noticed it crossed all embassy suites not just Lompoc.
The staff in your kitchen is amazing friendly
