Disappointing for an Embassy, enraging considering how much we paid.

    The breakfast and the location

As a Hilton honors member who has stayed at multiple Embassy Suites locations, this one fell short. The pool was closed which was the MAIN reason we booked this hotel since we were staying with our kids. NO SHAMPOO OR HANDWASH(found out while showering). Boogers on the shower curtain, NO pillows or blankets for the pull out bed, which was CLEARLY NOT cleaned, made, or had sheets switched out from the last guests. Very disappointed in this location. The only bright spot is the breakfast.

Getränke zur Begrüssung an der Bar 😍 tolles Frühstück!

Dusche (viel Wasser ist auf den Boden rausgelaufen, ebenerdig)
