    For an Embassy Suites Hilton property, I expected better

    The location and view from my suite’s balcony were awesome to watch the sunrise. I was able to bring my two small Maltese fur babies - for an additional fee, of course. I always stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton when I travel. I love their breakfast. I love the comfort of Hilton’s beds as well as the linens and comfy pillows.

    The mini-fridge in my suite did not cool, and it leaked water all over the floor. The mini kitchen was not stocked well enough with paper towels, etc. I had to call the front desk for extra towels to soak up the water. The hotel staff did not offer a credit for the inconvenience. Also, I visited this hotel at the end of July 2026 in the scorching Arizona summer heat, and they promptly closed their pool and locked the entrance gate at 9:00 pm on a mid-summer weekend (pool hours should be extended during the summer). The suite could definitely use some updates - the carpet was old and worn.
