The resort is beautiful.
Someone left their dog in the room next to ours all day and it literally barked and whined all day and all night. We could not rest due to the noise. The water pressure was terrible too. Noise in the bathroom as someone else pee. Not impressed.

Need larger shelving in shower, enough room as I prefer to bring my own products. The very small shelf is not sufficient to hold much

The facility..
The staff gave me a room without a balcony which I paid for. After complaining they gave me a hearing Imapired room w/ balcony. Because of that the TV's volume was not operational since the room was set up for a hearing impaired person. No one apologized. Did not receive the usual Hilton Honors text messages. Not the normal experience I receive from Hilton.

The room set up was perfect for our family, the beds were comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub. We ate breakfast upstairs every morning and it had something for everyone, especially enjoyed the made to order omelets. The views on the top level were great, it was a Relaxing trip and would stay here again.
