    I love this hotel! Literally my favorite hotel ever. Been a Hilton honors member since 2018.

    However, I didn’t like nor appreciated the lack of communication. I asked to extend my checkout time to 12 pm. It was approved, only for my security deposit to be charged for a late departure without my knowledge.

    My room location. The atrium. The front desk staff.

    The building surrounds. Open non used parking area, no care of any of the surrounds. The bathroom was rusted, the shower let water leak out onto the floor and the shower floor was slippery, no handle bars.
